Welcome to The Moocher's Place.

It is our intention to give voice to the conscientious moocher and to dispense tips and stories about our more successful and or memorable, entertaining mooch experiences.

I am an experienced mooch myself. I learned the art at my mother's knee.

She was an artist to some and a mooch to others.

In 1970 she graduated from college and we moved to the mecca of mooching, San Francisco.
